As a customer, I find it unacceptable that I’m being forced to navigate through the liquor section just to buy an item. This setup is uncomfortable and inappropriate, as not everyone wants to be surrounded by alcohol or pressured into purchasing from an alcohol-only section. I strongly urge Walgreens management to reconsider this layout and make it more accommodating for all customers.

This is my favorite Walgreens. The pharmacists are so helpful, the other staff go out of their way to be kind and everyone is knowledgeable!

BTW I just read the review from Adel Saad . The liquor sales occur in an adjacent room and no one has to walk through. A person could easily miss it. I bet people seeking liquor who are new customers probably end up asking where it is.

There are so many things wrong with this location but the Scamming makeup counter lady is the worst. She is rude and condescending she bullies you into purchasing products you don't want, has hella attitude then when she rings you up she starts throwing around numbers discounts and bonuses until you get really confused and suddenly you are missing money.

I went here buy a gift card. I work at an organization in town that helps people in crisis. This gift card was life or death for this person and part of our emergency funds that we distribute quickly and this was last minute. I needed this ASAP and didn't have time to wait in the line of 5 people. I politely asked to cut in line and buy the one single gift card I needed and the cashier said no. I explained it was an emergency related to crisis and they still said no. The cashier tried to wave over another employee but that employee said it was not her problem and would not help me. It took all the customers in line telling the cashier to let me do it amd me crying for her to do it. I get being fair but sometimes people have emergencies and it's incredibly rude not to help people when they are having an emergency. If this is company policy congrats your policy kills people. If this was two bad workers retrain them.

The Walgreens across from the university plays anti loitering music at night. Which was fine previously, but I can now hear it through my walls. Many of my friends in the same living area also hear the music. It is costing us all a restful night.

I can see why this location has such a low score. It’s like the Walgreens that god forgot with the security and almost everything in the store being locked. But what particularly irked me is how long I had to wait in a store with only one other customer and two associates working. At least she apologized but what I experienced here was woeful disorganization.

Consistently lazy, incompetent, and disrespectful pharmacy workers, leading to lost orders, long waits, and a universally negative experience; militarized, childish, and self-absorbed security guards; intentionally irritating music outside to make the lives of the homeless even more miserable. Super convenient location, would be nice if a pharmacy less infected by awful management and practices were to move in instead.

I think that the staff here is great. I have no problems here and the employeesthere that I have dealt with. Very friendly, courteous and they have gone beyond to help me.
