I had been looking for a Breitling Navitimer in this colour for a while now. Great service delivered by Harley from the very beginning. The watch turned up, as described and on time. Door was locked (as I would expect) but it seemed like I was bothering the gents in the store. I was met by one of them who was rather abrupt, couldn't help me and was very keen to close the door, which is a shame as I was looking to buy a Breitling to add to my collection. - I will not buy from these guys because if that's their presale service I would hate to see what their after sales service is like.

Sent a email asking if they could do a lay away purchase! Asked if I could give a grand then pay the rest over 3 months before collecting a potential watch ! Explained to them it was a gift because I had cancer! They didn’t even have the decency to Grace me with a reply ! I wasn’t asking for a freebie! Done it with plenty of other jewellers! Was for a 21 year old watch! Could have at least responded even if it was a Sorry but it’s not something we offer. Tells you a lot about Them not just as a business but as people! It’s Nice to be Nice !
