My wife and I never imagined that substantial building work to our home could be so seemless and trouble free - there was minimal disruption (despite me working from home and struggling with illness) and we had not one single complaint (despite my wife being a perfectionist).

Mark Davenport's firm built us a wonderful ground floor rear extension (full house width) and revamped the existing rear part of our property, including the kitchen. Stuart, who expertly lead and executed the build, was phenomenal: a master of his trade; immensely hard working; always clean and tidy (after each and every day); considerate of our daily lives (e.g. built us a well-equipped makeshift kitchen so we could carry on more or less as normal throughout the build); flexible and courteous about personal space; security conscious; informative and reassuring; and a brilliant leader of a superbly accomplished team. We cannot thank the team enough for their quality work.

Mark Davenport's costs are very reasonable indeed, and he was a consummate professional - transparent and honest throughout the entire process, from quote to completion.  Mark himself has a great manner and was a pleasure to work with. His keen eye for detail and meticulous planning helped everything run like clockwork. We couldn't recommend someone more highly.

Mark and his team carried out a garage conversion for us. The whole process was very professional and we were extremely pleased with the outcome.
