I am feeling more confident and informed after the training on google ads and analytics,Rob explained the settings and what they do to get the most out of my budget and I have noticed and increase in enquiries and bookings since this was set up by Rob giving me a good base to start from with my campaigns.

I will now continue to monitor the keywords and look forward to see how the website tracking turns out over the coming months turning enquiries in sales.

Not only did the sessions and workshops help us develop our brand personality, USP's and help but us to structure our future marketing plans with focus and purpose, but it is also gave us as a company a fantastic forum to discuss the future aspirations of the organisation in an expertly facilitated way by Veronica & Jade.

I've known of Yawn for a while but it was only recently that I had the opportunity to attend a personal branding workshop with them - and the whole experience has been fantastic.

Even before booking the workshop I was guided through the process of applying for funding to help with the costs, although it would be worth every penny even at full price.

The workshop was a half day, one-to-one session (with Rachael), that covered various aspects of my work, interests, passions, and more - a thorough dive through how I currently project myself, how that is perceived by others, and how I might want to change it.

Not only was the workshop extremely valuable in helping me to focus my online presence but it also helped me to re-evaluate aspects of my business and the direction it is going. I left feeling energised about the work that I do and the skills that I have.

I have no hesitation recommending Yawn, they are infectiously positive, small but mighty, infinitely knowledgeable, and the loveliest bunch of people.

I attended a social media workshop for my social enterprise Rippleacts CIC with Yawn Marketing this month and it was a excellent experience! Jade did a very personalised deep dive into our brand and its purpose, and gave lots of inspiring and hands-on tips to improve our social media presence.
